Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any calibration, tuning, or diagnostic work by Nardo Customs.
Nardo Customs provides a lifetime warranty on the software calibration (the map file) itself. This guarantees that the software will not degrade, corrupt, or erase itself over time. If a main dealer overwrites our custom map during a routine service, we will re-flash the vehicle with your purchased map free of charge (subject to a standard mobile call-out fee).
Disclaimer: This warranty covers the software ONLY. It does not cover mechanical parts. Nardo Customs accepts no liability for the failure of clutch systems, turbos, gearboxes, or any other engine components following a remap. By tuning your vehicle, you accept that increased power puts additional strain on mechanical components.
The removal, bypass, or software deactivation of factory emissions control systems (such as AdBlue/SCR systems) is offered strictly for off-road or motorsport use only.
It is illegal to use a vehicle on UK public roads with modified or removed emissions equipment. By requesting these services, you acknowledge that the vehicle will not be used on the public highway. Nardo Customs accepts no liability for MOT failures, VOSA inspections, or legal repercussions resulting from these modifications.
All quoted figures regarding brake horsepower (BHP), torque (Nm), and fuel economy (MPG) improvements are estimates based on healthy, well-maintained vehicles of the same make and model.
Actual results may vary depending on the age, mileage, condition of the engine, fuel quality, and driving style. We do not guarantee exact figures unless the vehicle is physically tested on a rolling road dynamometer before and after tuning.
As a mobile tuning service, we require a safe, off-street location to work on your vehicle (e.g., a driveway or private car park). We cannot perform tuning services on the side of a busy public road.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
Before applying any performance calibration, Nardo Customs will perform a full diagnostic sweep of the vehicle's ECU. If we discover underlying faults (such as failing boost sensors, injector issues, or severe boost leaks), we reserve the right to refuse to tune the vehicle until the mechanical faults are repaired. In this event, a standard diagnostic call-out fee will apply.
